Pete and Debora Avgerinos opened Flap-Jacks Pancake House in 2002 on Main Street in Brownsburg Indiana. With 4 convenient locations our family owned, friends and family operated restaurants are ready to serve you! Our customers enjoy fresh ingredients and hardy portions in a clean, cheerful, and charming atmosphere. 

We have been voted THE BEST BREAKFAST PLACE in Hendricks County since 2009.

 Our Food

We take pride in great service, terrific prices, and the food...well it speaks for itself. 

Mouth watering, homemade from scratch buttermilk pancakes can be topped with strawberries, blueberries, cinnamon apples, or with just a heap of melted butter and warm syrup is a great way to start your day. 

We do offer eggs any style, bacon, hash browns, skillets, omelettes, eggs benedict, biscuits and gravy, waffles, we do it all! 

We have a lunch menu and specials served daily along with great soups made from scratch each day.
